My off the cuff remark about a Sequoia 650B project bike generated a bunch of inquiries, so I figured I'd post the details publicly.
By measurement it is a 56cm maybe 56.5cm TT CTC Sequoia. Rear spacing is still at the original 126mm. The serial number indicates that it was made in 1982 at the Miki shop, birthplace of so many of the favored high end Japanese production frames (many of the nicest Sekai seemed to come from there, as well as some of the Sequoias).
See this folder, the last couple of photos for detailed, full rez photos:
Since it is the frameset + headset + FD and the BB cups, I'm asking $200+shipping for the sequoia.
Here's a photo of the fork (also to be found in that flickr folder). I'm asking $200 shipping included for it. All of the relevant info for the fork is in this original thread where I bought it from TomT, collector of bike finery:
Nothing has changed with that fork, it has been waiting for a frame to go with it. In fact, I picked up that Sequoia to build up around that fork, but I've decided to clear out all my remaining old bike stuff from the garage, so away it goes!
Help me clear the garage out for the new year!
