That's the first Rawland model I really like, other's were intriguing
but this one's got a nice look to it. Maybe the horizontal top-tube?
I'd been interested with the All City bikes as well, though the one I
was looking at was the Nature Boy. Mostly because of the horizontal
dropouts, but the fork and the angles looked good to me for an upright
but not uptight 650b all arounder with a 2 speed coaster brake.
Then I ran across this SE PB Fixie fork and frame on e-bay with
similar angles, lugs and horizontal TT. Made in Taiwan.
Short point lugs, I think it's been in stock for a few years for 199$.
Gouged me on shipping, but hey for that price I'm glad they got to
make some money. It's awaiting a SRAM automatix hub/VO rim to be
"done", though it's doing well with a straight single speed.
It does not however have standard (old school) tubing diameters,
though. Two 28.7's and a 31.8 downtube, 1" head tube. It's a funny
mixture of specs I'd not seen together. Most importantly it fits
Lierre's, my new soon to be favorite all arounder 650b tire.
Sorry about dribbling on.....the Mr Pink looks like a good candidate
for a randoneer bike.
