WTB Rear 650b 130 mm Silver rim brake wheel

I am converting a 700c bike to 650b.  I have everything except a rear wheel.  Does any one have a budget rear 650b 130 mm cassette hub silver rim brake wheel to match my Synergy front wheel?

If you can't find something on a forum/I'm not sure what you would classify as "budget" but I just got a set of wheels from prowheelbuilder.com I'm quite pleased with. My pacenti brevet laced to a 130/QR 105 hub cost like $186. I'm pretty sure they'll have the a few Velocity options for rims. The interface for custom orders is a bit clumsy but the customer service was great. I'm in Australia so the wait and ship times where a bit of a bear, but otherwise, I was super happy with the experience.
