I'm swapping tires on a Romanceur and thus have a pair of Rene Herse Babyshoe tires to offer.  This are 650b x 42 with standard (tan) casings.  They have been mounted with tubes and ridden ~50 miles on pavement, so they are in excellent condition.  $130 shipped to CONUS.  They're still on the bike, but here's a photo.  Happy to send additional photos upon request.
