I set up my shop and incorporated on the Navajo Nation, safe from big daddy fed. The Muttonmaster was my payback to the Navajo people for their kindness, generosity and cool.

It would be helpful to know what type of bike you are building.
If it is cargo oriented then Firth and Wilson make a cool 20" cargo bike based on a bike that James Black on the BOB list had David Wilson make him over a decade ago. I think it is pretty cool:

I know both of them from the framebuilding community and from when David Wilson used to live in Seattle. Their shop is a couple of blocks from my brother's house, so I try to stop in when I'm in Philadelphia.

It's hard to tell if these are really being built anymore. I enquired about a Beavertail last week and was told that those aren't being made right now. Their Facebook and Instagram is pretty slow these days.
I did ride past a mom with 3 kids on a box bike that had a Cycletrucks Caddyrack on it, and it looked like a nice setup. She had one kid on the Caddyrack and two in the box.
Those prices are very low.
