FS: 650b conversion kit

I've been planning a build around this setup for years but now realize it probably won't happen. Should provide a great foundation for converting an old frame to 650b

Wheels: Originally built by Rich Lesnik of Rivendell. Shimano Deore LX hubs and Velocity Synergy rims. Rear rim was replaced with an NOS Synergy and has about 100 miles on it. Not sure of overall mileage but these wheels rode great on my last bike.

Tires: Rene Herse Baby Shoe pass standard casing tires with plenty of life left

Fenders: Velo Orange Zeppelin that I disassembled and polished on a polishing wheel so they're extra shiny. Missing the R-clips but everything else is there.

Brakes: Rivendell Silver caliper brakes. They show some age but worked great.
