These panniers
Hooks are no longer attached.
Included is Klickfix fixture which is uninstalled at present.
Used once on a test run of 12 miles, 9 of which the panniers were loaded with three one liter seltzer bottles on either side.
Otherwise they have just been hanging out.
$250 plus actual shipping cost.
