WTB: XS/S Sized Frameset — Wheels a plus!

Hey all —

Going to finally sell my Cross Check for a 650B build with disc brakes. I moved to the country where it is just so much hillier and rugged than where I was living before. Stoked on that for sure but think it is time for a bike upgrade. I have too many things I wanna do to the CC and the costs don't make sense.

I'm 5'7" but like riding smaller frames, so looking in the 47-51ish range, ideally. My wife is 5'0" and is looking to build something to replace her single speed so I want to keep my eyes peeled for something for her too.
