Anyone has any info on these?

650b x 42 as seen here

Would be nice to have a tubeless 42 tire out there, the babyshoes work fine but a true tubeless tire would work better. Also, good to have choices.

where did you see the 42mm width?   To me it looks like a rebranded WTB Horizon ( which are good tires)

I wouldn't hold my breath on them being 'true tubeless' as compared to the BSPs, considering the Sim Works tires are made by Panaracer...

I dunno, the Panaracer made 40 mmGravelking SK's are tubeless ready and set up with a floor pump for me. Lightweight casing to They certainly know how to make tubeless tires.

AFAI the BSPs have never been advertised as tubeless tires, even though many people run them tubeless.

When Compass introduced additional sizes they spec'ed tubeless beads on them, but decided not to incur the additional expense of redoing the BSP mold to make the bead tubeless ready. That compass blog post is here, along with additional info in the comments.

I run BSP tubeless without problems but everyone knows how much better a tire like say the wtb horizon is tubeless and would be nice to have a 42 tubeless.

No need to hold your breath.Panaracer has always made the BSP, and all the other Compass tires.

That's the point Tamaso was making. BSP's are made by Panaracer, so if Volummy's are as well they may not be "Tubeless."

Some Compass tires are tubeless ready, some are not.  They are all made by Panaracer.

I couldn't find anything about them being made by Panaracer. Is that common knowledge? This is the first I've heard of Sim Works, have they done other tires with Panaracer?

I forgot to add
They appear to be more of a design group than a manufacturing company
they work with Nitto who makes handlebars, seatposts, and racks for them.
Honjo makes some simworks branded fenders.

They specifically market their tires as made by Panaracer. Via their website: Sim Works by Panaracer
