Selling a new set (2 pair) of Rene Herse canti brakes. They were fitted onto a bike but I concluded they would not work; the front post spacing was not right. These brakes do not have vertical adjustment, and don't work well on posts that are spaced too closely or too low. Ideally if you are having a bike built and you want these brakes you would supply them to your builder to make sure the posts are placed appropriately for these brakes. For many modern bikes, the post spacing will be just fine, but the problem is knowing beforehand, which I didn't.
Cost $320 new. These are the more expensive version with titanium eye bolts. They are also the version with the toe-in washers. Details on the RH product page:
I also bought a spare straddle cable ($10, not shown in photos) which I will include. These are proprietary, you have to use RH straddles with these brakes.
