One can buy a bikinGreen complete crankset with 46/30 rings for under $100 shipped.  That's a nice deal considering a number of people pay $90 for just the rings.  The bikinGreen crank is not set up for a 74mm inner ring though.  

There are multiple eBay sellers shipping from inside the US.
