Hi all! Happy spring. Bike parts for sale/trade. Looking to move stuff so if you want/need it or have something I’m looking for please make an offer.

- 2019 kona rove 700c Claris I think it’s a 52 or 54 current rider is 5’4 and fits great with 30mm riser stem. I think with a normal stem would fit up to 5’6ish. Brooks b17 saddle and short discord stem. Clears a good size tire and ripe for a 650b conversion. $500?

- 650b x 48mm gravelkings (one slick one SK) $20 for both
- 27.5 x 2.3 teravail ehline light and supple (yes these fit a midnight special or gorilla monsoon) $30 for both
- Wald 139 basket (the big one that fits a 16” laptop) $15
- Nitto r10 rack (for your vintage road bike or new school gravel thingy) $80
- 2x specialized fast trak t7 tires 29x2.25 $20 for both
- WTB volt saddleBrooks c17 cambium in a cool natural color (also have black on a bike that I can swap if you prefer) $60
- Promax 30.9 seatpost (surly Krampus takeoff) $10 or free with any other purchase
- Kona 31.8 stem 70mm +-6deg $10 or free with any other purchase
- Headset off a Krampus (does anybody actually want a headset??) $10 or free with any other purchase
- Headset off a salsa mariachi $10 or free with any other purchase
- Deore disc brake pads $5 or free with any other purchase

What I’m looking to trade for
- 6 or 7 speed shimano drop bar group (old dura ace/RSX or anything with brifters)
- 8 speed Campagnolo ergopower shifters
- 8 speed campagnolo rear derailleur (front is bonus)
- 2x square taper crank with decent low gear (50/34 or whatever you got)

You know, I listed these parts many other places and got no bites. Two hours on this list and half of it sold!!

Here's what's left:

- 2019 kona rove 700c Claris I think it’s a 52 or 54 current rider is 5’4 and fits great with 30mm riser stem. I think with a normal stem would fit up to 5’6ish. Brooks b17 saddle and short discord stem. Clears a good size tire and ripe for a 650b conversion. $500?

- Wald 139 basket (the big one that fits a 16” laptop) $15
- Promax 30.9 seatpost (surly Krampus takeoff) $10 or free with any other purchase
- Kona 31.8 stem 70mm +-6deg $10 or free with any other purchase

What I’m STILL looking to trade for (or buy)

- 6 or 7 speed shimano drop bar group (old dura ace/RSX or anything with brifters)
- 8 speed Campagnolo ergopower shifters
- 8 speed campagnolo rear derailleur (front is bonus)
- 2x square taper crank with decent low gear (50/34 or whatever you got)
Thanks and good luck everyone finishing up your various builds as good riding weather arrives!

FWIW, there were no 6 speed Shimano brifters ever AFAIK, and the only 7 speeds were RSX. 8 speed spacing is close enough to 7 speed that the 8 speed levers and derailleurs will work with a 7 speed cassette; just don't mix 8 speed DA with anything else as 6/7/8 speed DA has incompatible cable travel. Otherwise you can fit 8 cogs with 9 speed spacing or 9 cogs with 10 speed spacing on a 7 speed HG hub; 6 speed freehub bodies are naerower, not easily HG compatible, and you'll lose at least one cog.

8 speed Campag has now been out of production for decades, so not a great option, and the spacing is enough different from Shimano that Shimano wheels and cassettes sometimes won't shift properly. The later Campag levers are a better shape ergonomically too; I'd only consider 10 speed minimum as all the 10 speed stuff is compaible, not the case with 9 or 11. (But realistically I'd stick with Shimano for multiple reasons; YMMV.)

Later,
Stephen
