I know it should work with 700c and 26" wheeled frames. Any list members know if ti will work with a 650B frame, specifically a Rivendell Platypus? Cross posting this question on the RBW list.

If it works for 700C and 26" then it will work for 650B (which is close to halfway in between, but biased on the 26" side).

The big thing to watch out for with Tubus designs is maximum tire width.  That can also vary a lot depending on how high up the dropout the eyelets are positioned.  42s and 55mm fenders pretty much always work (even on the Fly, which is their narrowest design), but 50mm tires and 65mm fenders may not.

Thanks Alex,

According to Tubus website it accommodates up to 65mm fenders.

I've got a Logo (can't remember whether it's an Evo or not) on my rSogn with 45mm fenders and it fits easily, with plenty of clearance.

I forget what it's called but there's also some sort of plate that mounts on the eyelet on the lower rack strut so you can raise it up an inch or so if more clearance is needed for a big tire.

RSogn thread drift! How much weight can you rear load, David?

Thank you

As much as I'd ever care to. The rSgon is one of my normal-use bikes so it usually carries my Ortlieb Shopper bag on the rack. Biggest load that's going to see is one of those full of grocery shopping with a lot of liquids. I've carried two before. I'm sure it's well under the rated limit, I'd guess 20-25ish lbs. I can feel a heavy load on the rSogn more than I can on my cSogn (which is set up as basically the same bike but with Albatross bars instead of drops and brifters) but it rides and handles perfectly cromulently with whatever I load on it, front or rear. I also have a rack and basket on the front.
