Rivendell Hubbuhubbuh tandem size large with Son dynamo wheelset  $2800

 

Bike is located in Brooklyn New York. Local pickup preferred. Could meet you driving if sale is firm. Rode this bike for a couple years and now swapped to a smaller size frame tandem. This thing is amazing. This frame is discontinued and whole soma is making a new version, it's not available in this size. And fwiw you can't mount a rear rack on the new soma without p-clamps. 

 

Bags not included.

 

Racks, seats, pedals, stoker handlebars not included. I took parts off to build a new tandem. But we can discuss adding parts back on from my bin, I have plenty of seats and pedals, but wanted to gauge interest and needs of buyer before doing unnecessary work on the bike.

Things to know: 

 

Shifting, brakes, drivetrain all working well. Tires and drivetrain have lots of life left. 

Front dynamo light is in poor condition but it works! The dynamo light wire at this moment needs to be rewired (I have the replacement connector spade for the hub it just needs to be attached) 

Stoker handlebars/stem and both sets of pedals and seats I took off and put on my new tandem. I can replace them with stuff I have in my parts bin. 

I have a pair of big 65 honjo fenders I was planning on installing on this bike and could keep or sell.

Soma oxford handlebar with newbaums and lizard skin grips. 

Bar end shifters-- FD (riv silver) RD (Shimano 9sp index/friction) 

Long pull levers

V brake front. Long pull disc rear. 

Rivendell silver tandem crankset. ( 44, 34, 26)

9sp rear cassette (i think it's 11-34)

Wheelset: 650b son dynamo front, deore rear, cliffhanger rims. Schwalbe G-ONE tires. 

Dynamo front is a b and M lumotech. (Working but rough condition)

Taillight is a B and M secuzed. (Perfect condition)
