Brand new, never ridden, recently purchased from Rene Herse Cycle, mounted on a clean rim without glue or tape to see if it fit my frame, but there was not enough clearance. I didn't feel right about returning it to RH since it was technically used, so I'm offering it here at a significant discount. $110, includes CONUS shipping.
