FS/FT: New Tubus Vega Evo rear rack in silver, $95 plus shipping from Chicago

Hello,

I have a new silver Tubus rack that I didn't end up using. 

The minimalist Vega Evo rack offers generous clearances for 65 mm wide fenders or 60 mm tires (designed to fit 26" to 700c frames) and an exceptional carrying capacity (55 pounds) for a rack that weighs about 560 grams. The rack attaching hardware is included and comes in the white tube photographed below.

I'm looking for $95 plus actual shipping (probably about $20 CONUS), and will use bikeflights.com, which other listers have recommended for service and price. Local pickup in Chicago would be great too. Paypal friends and family or I'll split Paypal fee with buyer. 

As for trades, I'm looking for a pair of the recently closed-out, sold-out Pacenti SL23 x 32h in 650b. Unlikely, I know, but magic frequently happens on this list, so I have to ask. I'm looking for black but would take silver SL23 or polished PL23 in the 2014 extrusion. I'm one of many, no doubt, who foolishly thought he had more time to buy a pair of these rims when Pacenti was closing them out at $40/rim.
