(iBob cross-post) Hi Folks,
I purchased this '97 Bontrager Privateer in early 2020 from listmember Steve Chan, and finally have it built up to where I want it. It began as a commuter concept, then a true mountain bike, and over time evolved into a 650b-converted rough-road-ripper-that-also-shreds-pavement/camping rig. All it needs is a dropper post and a handlebar upgrade (wishing Crust would make the new Towel Rack in an even slightly narrower version...). Enjoy!
