Low Trail Rando built by Mark Nobilette – Selling as a rolling chassis, the bike is pictured with parts, as they have not been removed yet. Full details below:
I've deleted my original post to avoid confusion, it makes more sense for me to keep some parts and sell as a rolling chassis. The frame, fork, stem, and rack are all hand built my Mark Nobilette in a collaboration with Velo Cult in Portland. Built with thinwall heat treated True Temper tubing. The paint is green and cream, with gold accents. Please note the pictures of chipped paint, they came with the bike from the original owner, and have not spread at all over the few years I’ve had it. Rack has typical paint rub. This is the actual bike from the photos in this post: https://theradavist.com/2016/01/velo-cult-introduces-their-custom-program-with-a-mosiac-and-a-mark-nobilette-randonneur/
Frame Geo: 56.5cm x 56.5cm
73 head angle, 74 seat angle, 65mm bb drop, 60mm fork offset resulting in ~40mm trail with 650bx42 tires.
The bike is mostly pictured without fenders, but they are included.

$2400 local, willing to ship, but would ask buyer to cover shipping and packaging materials. I feel this price is pretty fair for what is being offered, but I’m motivated to sell, please reach out and we can chat if you’re interested.
