Hey gang, I'm a big fan of the LLPs with standard casing for my 650B conversion.  They're nice and zippy, but deal with getting knocked around pretty well.  (My rando bike doubles as my club/RAGBRAI bike if that helps.) I just went to order some spares, and noticed RH only lists the extralight casing anymore.  Does anyone know if the standards have been completely discontinued, or just might not be back in stock for a while?  Should I just get some extralights?  (I don't think Babyshoe Passes would fit on my bike -- I already have to maintain my fender alignment to keep the LLPs from buzzing when I ride out of the saddle.)

Thanks!

I do recall reading that RH was going to drop the std casing Loup Loup Pass tire.  The ELs are lovely.

Aha, I found the blog post: https://www.renehersecycles.com/tariffs-the-first-30-days/  I guess I can't blame them for (hopefully temporarily) discontinuing some of the slowest sellers.

Thanks, Steve!

I've used both the LLP and the old BSPs, they both measure darn close to 40mm. The BSP is maybe 0.5-1mm wider. I don't know if the new tubeless BSPs are wider than the original BSPs.

I have a pair of new-in-packaging Loup Loup Passes in the standard casing available if anyone would like to purchase. $120 shipped in CONUS. PM if interested.
