Its the only frame without a listed weight for some reason on their site and after enquiring the folks on the support line don't know either. Anyone know if its lighter or heavier than the ES?

If you are considering trying to find an ES/Stanyan to convert to 650b because it may be an ounce lighter, I'd say skip it and go with the GR. I have a Stanyan which barely fits 38mm tires at 650b without fenders, and that required super long reach brakes. It's just what I had to play with but I don't intend for that to be a long term solution.

That's almost ~3 lbs heavier than a carbon frame + fork, but ~3lbs lighter than a Hunqapillar?.. Perspective, of some sort. :-)

Perfect. Thanks. Its between the Smoothie and the ES which seems right.

A few more Soma data points if that helps:

54cm Double Cross canti only: 2096g frame, 971g fork cut low
56cm Stanyan: 2056g frame, 956g fork cut not as low (was 1043 uncut, very tall)

For comparison, by Boulder Bike size "E" (58cm):
frame: 1900g
fork: 800g (uncut, very long)
