Actual widths and height of WTB Horizon and Compass Switchback Hill on asst. rims ?

I'm trying to figure out if a particular fork / fender combo is going to work with these "larger than 42 mm" tyres.

The rims I will be using are relatively wide Pacenti or Heds with internal widths @ 18.5-20mm.

My rough experience is most nominally 40- 42 tyres measure about 36-38mm in height with these rims.

I was hoping to see what people are measuring in the real world with Switchback Hills and WTB Horizons?

my Horizons measured 44 on Velocity Synergies, which might be a hint wider than those rims...

have switchback hills measure 44.5mm on synergies. i believe synergies are 17mm internal width.
