Campy Retrofriction 3rd gen

Hi all,

I have spent far too much time online trying to get my hands on a set of Campagnolo "Doppler" Retrofriction shifters, the ones for 8 speed with the larger diameter on the rear shifter.

I have a custom Gallus bike that I've been running Rivendell Silver shifters on, but they ghost shift in the middle gears often. I think the XTR spring on my derailleur is too much for them.

Anyway, I am trying to get a pair of the Campy shifters. Anyone have a set in their parts box that they would be willing to part with?

Well, I got my hands on a pair of the Campy Doppler shifters. I had to take out a second mortgage on my house to buy them, but luckily, they are as smooth as everyone says! They shift my XTR 9 speed derailleur beautifully. No slipping and smooth as can be.
