I may be in search of a unicorn. In days gone by, there were Shimano cassettes to fit a campy hub.

I am unable to find one. Any help out there? 9 or 10 speed

Swapping out the freehub body on phil wood hub is expensive more complex than it should be.

Alternatively, does anyone have a line on a campy cassette 9 or 10 speed 34-36 tooth?

Campagnolo make Shimano-compatible cassette bodies for their hubs. I have a Campagnolo Record rear hub with one of these bodies. The freehub body is Campagnolo part WH-KX890, and it takes HG 8/9/10-speed cassettes. They also now make a body that will take 11s Shimano road cassettes - for 11s MTB cassettes you can use the 10s body.

Sorry, on re-reading your message, I see that you have a Phil Wood hub, not a Campagnolo hub. Marchisio used to make 10s cassettes for Campagnolo freehub bodies to be used with Shimano components, but they went into liquidation, and the largest cog they offered was only 30t.

If you go to 11-speed, Campagnolo Potenza cassettes go up to 32t. Don't know of anything larger than that.

I suggest you just replace the rear hub with a Shimano. You can probably buy a couple of mid-range Shimano hubs for less than Phil Wood want to convert one of their hubs, and once you've done that, cassettes to fit are widely and cheaply available.

Miche makes an 11 speed Campy cassette that goes to 32 teeth.  The 11 speed Campy cassettes fit the same freehub body as the 9 or 10 speed.  Don't know if you'd consider either 11 speed or compromising to 32 teeth, but if both are a possibility, this could be a solution:

Found a random online reseller with these in stock, no affiliation:

If you can find a Campy cassette that meets your needs (max Campy 10s cassette cog is 30t I believe, and looks like Miche is the same max 30t) you can look into a JTEK shiftmate. I currently use a Shiftmate 1 to use Campy Ergo 10s with a Campy Comp Triple 10s RD and a Shimano cassette.

Going the opposite way, a Shimano 9 or 10 shift system can shift a Campy 9 or 10 cassette using the Shiftmate 1, you just install it the opposite way I did. I think Peter White sells them, and I got mine off eBay.

So as mentioned above, going to a Shimano freehub or new hub altogether is probably your best bet for the cassette range mentioned, but the above should work if you can live with and find a 30t max. I haven't had any issues with mine since I got it set up (I did have to switch to a more flexible cable for that final run, the stiff Campy shift cable wasn't bending well).

Shoot - sorry for the spam, but I had to switch to a more flexible HOUSING not CABLE.
