I'm reaching out because I noticed a property you manage is currently on a basic listing on the Apartments.com Network, and I wanted to make sure you were aware of what that means for your visibility to renters.
Basic listings receive only a few hundred impressions per month on average. To put that in perspective, properties on our entry-level paid Silver package receive up to 50,000 impressions per month. That's a significant uptick in exposure for your community.
Here's the other thing worth knowing: all basic listings appear behind every paid listing in search results. That means when a renter searches your market, your property could be buried deep behind competitors who are advertising, even if your community is a better fit for what that renter is looking for.
