I found Letro to be far superior to adex and especially nolvadex for controlling gyno flare ups. It has some shitty sides though at the doses you need to run. Aromasin is a soild alternative. As mentioned, your hormones will balance out while off, and this is when you usually see a reduction in the size of your lumps.

Letro would be much more effective for reducing gyno, but you should know the side effects can be pretty drastic. Your sex drive will be gone for starters. I notice no side effects on Nolvadex. Long story short, letro crashes estrogen in the body, and Nolvadex works at the receptor where gyno is "created" to block estro from attaching.
