Beautification Open Meeting Reminder and Phillies Tickets

Hi All,

Please try to attend the Open Meeting being held by the Bella Vista Town Watch Beautification Committee this Wednesday, April 22 – 7pm at Palumbo Rec Center.

 

Also, please circulate the attached flier and order forms for Bella Vista Night at the Phillies to your friends, co-workers and neighbors.

 

This year we have reserved two-hundred (200) Phillies tickets for the 6^th annual Bella Vista Night at the Phillies.  This annual event services as a Bella Vista Town Watch (BVTW) fundraiser and as a community social event.  I have attached the Phillies ticket sales form and the poster which can be printed in either 81/2” x 11” or 11” x 17” formats.  Please display the poster in your front window and ask neighbors and businesses to do the same.  The tickets are $24 each and we also accept donations.  This is the only annual fundraiser where we ask neighbors to financially assist the BVTW.  The Phillies tickets must be sold by Sunday, April 26, 2009. Great fun for great cause!
