We had survey results that were too close to call. After reviewing with Joel and Manfred, we all agree that a final survey of the top three names is the best thing to do.

Please click here to choose ONE name out of the three top choices. The three top choices were Passyunk Triangle, Triangle Park, and Bella Vista Park.

Voting will end 9/15.

Thanks!

Don't kill me but... I heard somebody (namely Naren Gupta of Sears Street) call the park Triangle Square and I just think that's the bee's knees. It's funny, it's true-ish, it's original... Anybody else like that one?

Up to the hour of going to press, nothing has
occurred to mar the peace of the city.

Someone had mentioned that, too... I don't mind it...

That name was thrown around at one of our small group meetings (shows up in the minutes), but it was not in the previous emails that fed into the survey options and was not listed in any of the "add you own ideas" in the last survey by any responders.

Don't kill me either, but I wonder if the name, although ironic, may sound a little unsophisticated. I would just worry that the councilman, and potential companies that could donate to us might not find it as amusing. Just putting my marketing hat on....

But, I'm not here to be a killer of creativity and if everyone wants it added to the ballot, it is not a problem.

… we (almost) have a winner

Lea, you have the patience of a Saint.  Please do not add that name as we have mopved through a fair process and selected three very good names to choose from.

While it may be whimsical, it may not convey the serious intent we have for this space.  Nothing wrong with creativity; we just have to make a choice from the previously vetted options

Thanks

Joe

It's all good. I voted on one of the three and await the exciting conclusion.
