Majlis Anugerah 5S 2010

Assalamualaikum.

I am writing this to thank you all on your effort and cooperation in making sure yesterday's Majlis 5S went smoothly and successful.

Asya - thanks for making sure the food was prepared on time, beli tray dan sampulnya and for lending your alas meja.

Lin - thanks for all the bookings done : venue, Bendahari's schedule and handling the monetary side.

Amyr - thanks for making sure markah audit difinalize sewajarnya and all the tempahan piala, plaque etc.

Soapy, Kak Ain & Im - thanks for making sure the banner, poster, notice, kad jemputan, aturcara were ready when it's needed.

Yoha, Ita & Yam - thanks for preparing the mock cheque and sijils.

Diana & Kak Nadia - thanks for making sure the hadiahs looks presentable and handling them on stage.

Yati - thanks for making sure the VIPs 'got' their places correctly.

Che Am - thanks for taking all the pictures needed for our records and evidence and the booking of the piala etc.

Fadhilla - thanks for being such an excellent Master of Ceremony. Just be prepared (which I'm sure you do) for majlis-majlis akan datang.

And I thank you all too for being there to help organise everything masa rehearsal.

Did I miss anybody? I hope not.

I think the Majlis went well.

Cuma ada sedikit glitch selepas penyampaian hadiah sukan. Pesanan saya : Skrip emcee dah diset. Jadi tugas emcee untuk kawal majlis. Kalau emcee kata duduk, duduk le kita. Kalau emcee kata berdiri, berdiri lah. Semalam plannya ialah untuk biar Puan SASA duduk rehat sekejap sebelum penyampaian anugerah 5S dan En Burn beri hadiah untuk sukan. Tapi tak pe la. Cuma harap-harapnya, untuk majlis akan datang, kesilapan begitu tak berlaku lagi. I'm not blaming anybody cuma pesanan kepada kawan-kawan dan peringatan untuk diri sendiri. Tapi let the gone be by gone. Kita fokus pada masa mendatang.

Kalau kawan-kawan rasa ada kelemahan pada majlis yang boleh kita baiki untuk masa akan datang, feel free to drop a line here.

I appreciate all of you. Thanks a zillion. Keep up the good work.

Esok kita akan mengahadapi lawatan 5S terakhir untuk tahun ini (InsyaAllah!!!!). See you guys tomorrow!!!!
