Rayuan untuk melawat PBUTM

Assalamualaikum.

I received a letter from Pej HEMA KL untuk melawat PBUTM atas kapasiti 5S pada 22 Jun 2011, 2.30 ptg. I've called Puan Siti Zaiton Salleh dan managed to talk to her PA, Nurul and inform about our decision untuk tak entertain pelawat anymore (I tried to put it as nicely as possibe, of course).

Just now, about half an hour ago, I received a called from a Puan Naimah yang merayu untuk diterima juga lawatan tersebut. It seems like on the same day (or maybe the the day before), they are coming to JB Campus untuk buat lawatan ke Pej HEMA, colleges, stadium. The .last slot is meant for lawatan 5S ke PBUTM. She said kalau tak de taklimat pun tak mengapa. There will be 20 of them. Diaorg datang dan nak tengok-tengok je. Lepas tu balik. Kalau dapat 1 hour pun ok. From 2.30 until 3.30.

I didn't say yes. I told her I need to talk to you guys first. Personally, I think of declining. Tapi tak sampai hati. Tapi, I ingat juga my janji to you guys and the Ketua Zones that the last lawatan will be the last.

So, I need opinions. Should we accept or not? Pleasssseeeee.......

p/s : Last 2 days, I baru reject permohonan nak melawat dari Intan Kluang. They understood.

Pendapat: Boleh terima. Sejam aje. tapi takde upacara sambut menyambutlah. Mereka datang terus ke pejabat. Berkumpul di ruang tamu dan terus bawa melawat. sebab diorang dah ada pendedahan pun pasal 5S. mungkin nak tgk bab2 penambahbaikan dan nak tgk something new... dah dibenar melawat pun dah kira ok.. at least adalah org mau entertain.

Oklah. Kalau macam tu, 22 Jun 2011, 2.15 pm, kita semua berkumpul kat Ruang Tamu untuk terima mereka. Lawatan selama 1 jam sahaja.

Notis : Soapy - macam biasa. Bilangan pelawat : 20 orang.

Gambar : Unit promosi - sila pastikan ada gambar diambil.

Minum petang : Tak perlu (based on perbincangan dengan Timbalan Pengerusi)

Cenderahati : Asya - sediakan untuk 20 orang.
