You can use modul hlpeditor - run it from menu files or manual from 5mcontest folder.

Well I had an enjoyable few hours in the HA contest (SOAB CW low power) using 5MContest and the excellent HLP file which correctly filled in most of the District codes - 141Q's, 64 mults and 75400 points. Thanks Vitaly
