TCI Cat control doesn't work - at least it seems so

Hi,

it's been awhile I am not using 5M-Contest and I am sorry for the odd question.
I installed latest full release and installed the lastest update (8.0.14 A24).
As usually I configured the CAT system for TCI protocol as you can see in the picture below.
When I click on Set, Mode and PTT buttons the rig responds as expected but, when I am in the Radio 1 window, clicking the UP/DOWN buttons I can go from one call to another, but the frequency on the rig isn't changed.
Maybe I am missing some settings and I would be glad for any help.

Thank you very for your quick answer.
I can move from one spot to another, but the frequency on the rig is stuck. No way to move the vfo. 

I don't know why. It is the same with omnirig settings. 

Maybe I am missing some settings.

I installed 5M from scratch and now it works as expected.
