	ERP Advisory- SAP SAP Advisory in KPMG India, a part of the ERP Advisory services, provides advisory services to clients with a focus on Enterprise Implementation, Business Intelligence and Business object suite and Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. We assist clients in the successful deployment of SAP's full suite of enterprise applications. We provide assistance to clients throughout the life cycle of an ERP deployment, starting from Package selection, RFP creation, Vendor selection, Program Management and program office setup, ERP implementation, Process mapping,  pre-implementation review, post implementation review and support. Our solutions and services are aimed to provide solutions in areas of Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence dashboards, Planning and Consolidation etc.
	·         Working with the ERP Advisory- SAP team, understand client requirements and translating them into practical solutions from the SAP suite of products.
	·         The candidate will be part of a team that works in a dynamic environment and will have the opportunity to be a part of support projects. ·         The individual’s role will be to understand what the client needs, and offer solutions on the same. ·         Build and manage a support practice ·         Manage large support engagements ·         Build a standard support mechanism ·         Lead the team with guidance from Partner/Director. ·         Responsible for their team members, recruitment, skills development and performance assessment etc. ·         Should be able to carry out pre-sales activities consisting of proposals, effort estimations, presentations to stake holders.
	·         To be part of the team, the individual should possess ·         MBA / MCA / BE / BTech / CA ·         Have 8-12 years of experience in one or more modules of the SAP product ·         Of these at least 3-4 years experience is in SAP application maintenance and support experience ·         Should have experience of managing AMS projects in both onsite as well as offshore models ·         Should have been involved in implementation projects ·         Have strong analytical skills ·         Ability to interact with middle and top management team of client ·         Have strong soft skills like interpersonal skills, team skills, and communication skills both verbal and written.
	·         Candidates should expect 1 - 2 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess clarity on concepts, test problem solving and communication skills and ascertain readiness to travel A face-to-face interview with Partner / Director to assess suitability & fit within the firm and ascertain growth potential.
