How is the RSSI generated in the cttc-3gpp-indoor-calibration example?

I am trying to understand how the RSSI values are generated in the cttc-3gpp-indoor-calibration example program. 

ex rssi is my RSSI output results.  

exc.txt is the way I use to check the RSSI.

My problem is that I want to output the RSSI performance metrics every second. I set it to 3 seconds and expect the RSSI for all UEs to be output once per second. However, the program is not following my settings, and the output quantity and timing are completely mismatched. How can I achieve the output of RSSI for 120 UEs every second?

Additionally, I set the simulation time to 3 seconds, but the output goes far beyond 3 seconds. Is this correct?
