Hello all.

I am simulating a system in ns-3 with 2 gNBs, UEs, core network and remote host. Please see attached main program and the revised grid-scenario-helper.cc as required for this system. According to the revised grid-scenario-helper code, I am using one of the UEs per gNB to be low latency UE (carries critical traffic) while the rest carry best-effort traffic (has lower priority).

When I increase the number of UEs per gNB more than 40, I get the error of "NS_ASSERT failed, cond="it != m_ueManagerPathByCellIdRnti.end()", +0.016316963s 120 file=/home/ubuntu/ns-3-dev/contrib/nr/helper/nr-bearer-stats-connector.cc, line=291 NS_FATAL, terminating terminate called without an active exception Command 'build/scratch/ns3.41-scratch-simulator-default' died with <Signals.SIGABRT: 6>."

I have no issues running this program until I have number of UEs per gNB equal to 40. I noticed that this error is added as  bug for another operating condition at https://www.nsnam.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2835

Can anyone please let me know if this is a bug for my case too? Really appreciate your insight. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,

Please have a look at this thread. You should increase the SRS periodicity.

Kat
