5G Handover

Hello, im very new to ns3 and 5g. I have been assigned a work for simulating handovers in 5G and 4G and compare them.
I'm currently working on a 5G handover simulation, im using the handover algorithm configuration based on documentation and remaining code based on the examples.
UE is attached with the initial gNodeB, but handover is not being initiated.

If possible can anybody provide a code or suggest fixes?
LTE simulation with A3 algorithm and A2A4 both work fine.

I have attached my code down below, I have just copied from example files to create this code.

Handover is not fully enabled. I ported things from LTE, but we had higher priority work. It is planned for the next major release of nr.
