low delay DRB

Hi,

I would like to give some TCP flows a lower delay, can I do this through changing for example DRB parameters  in ns-3 or create a new one.

Are there other ways to do this?

Can you point me to NS-3 code I could use to create a DRB with low delay for TCP flows?
