5G handover in NS3

"I am working on Handover Control using Deep Reinforcement Learning to improve the performance of 5G mobile communications. I want to run a code in NS-3 for the handover process in 5G so that I can later connect it with DRL algorithms. I am trying to build the code initially to achieve the handover process in 5G, but I am facing many errors, the first of which is the inability to define the devices, or errors occurring when defining the devices."
