How is the transmission of control plane messages simulated?

Hello everyone,

Let's say I'm trying to simulate a communication link between a UE and a gNodeB using one component carrier. In said CC, I have three BWPs configured for three types of traffic/QoS flows. For transmitting the messages of control plane packets, which BWP would 5G-LENA choose and use? Or would there be another BWP automatically configured for just the control plane? Furthermore, according to 3GPP the MAC should prioritize control plane packets over data plane packets if my understanding is correct. Is this behavior modeled in 5G-LENA and if so, would for example setting a low SRS periodicity interval potentially cause delays in latency for data plane packets that share the same BWP as control plane packets?
