Hello,

I am using the the v2x-east-west example. As soon as I increase the number of vehicles over 2,  the packet reception ration (PRR) drops to 60-80% across all vehicles in the simulation. I am expecting PRR to be in the high 99% with a few vehicles and a 10Hz Transmission frequency. 

Do any parameters need to be tweaked for optimal performance ? Please advice.

Hi Priyash,

I am not sure whether for the specific configuration that is the correct behaviour or not. You need to log/trace everything to understand what happens. However, if you notice that the results deviate a lot from those that are published in "Z. Ali, S. Lagén, L. Giupponi and R. Rouil, "3GPP NR V2X Mode 2: Overview, Models and System-Level Evaluation,"  please let us know. Maybe there is an issue with the upgrade of the NR V2X module, i.e., if you observe an issue with a newer version of NR-V2X and ns-3, and in the older versions you don't then please open a GitLab issue. Thanks.

Thanks for the response, Biljana. I believe the results are fine. I was probably reading it wrong. 
Reviewing the publication and Looking at the how the KPI module works, I think its logging the PDF/CDF of the PRR, which would make sense that PRR is a smaller value.
