student travel grants for WNS3 and annual meeting

WNS3 and the ns-3 annual meeting will be held soon (June 3-6) in the
Barcelona area; full details are here:

This is to remind everyone that funding for student travel grants is
still available. The travel grants will cover the conference
registration, travel expenses and accommodation up to a maximum of:
2.500€ for overseas students (outside Europe), and 1.500€ for students
within Europe.

We are going to extend the deadline to apply to May 6. Please see here
