BWP based QoS simulation for mmWave and mid-band

Greetings to all the fellow learners, developers, and 5g-lena users. 

The shared simulation evaluates BWP-based QoS behaviour in 5G-NR across mmWave and mid-band frequencies while sweeping numerology. (Based on the 3GPP standard specifications.)

Please feel free to add it in the nr examples folder, run and analyze the results, and reuse for educational purposes. Do let me know your feedback, I am open to any modifications/betterment and improvements!!
