Amway tapes for sale

Why am I selling Amway motivational tapes over the Internet when
Amway's own rules state that distributors "may not sell or retail on the
Internet". For starters, I am no longer a distributor. I am just a person
trying to possibly recover my "investment". Since I legally purchased the
tapes, they are mine to do with as I please: whether it be dump them in
the trash or sell them. Secondly, I don't believe my upline Emerald
Direct will give me a "fair price" if I return the tapes to him. As an
example, my sponsor returned a number of his tapes recently and received
less than $1.00 per tape! Is this what is considered "fair pricing"?
I am selling these tapes for less than I paid for them, so no profit is
being made by me. And isn't selling items on the open market also known
as "free enterprise"?
Each tape is $3.00 plus $1.00 per tape to help cover the shipping cost.
