Israeli fluent Hebrew speaker?

I'm looking for a fluent native Israeli fluent speaker of Hebrew and English to help translate a conversation over the phone. I need an adult. I'm willing to pay this person. This service would help me greatly. Is anyone in the class such a person, or does anyone know such a person?

He's fluent in Hebrew (and about six other languages), and lived in Israel for a number of years, but he grew up in Oregon City, so he's equally fluent in English. Hope this helps. I am a native Israeli and fluent in English (most days :) ). I would love to help you if I can. I work three days a week and am home with my kids the other two days.  I am usually "free" in the evenings, Thursday afternoons, and on the weekend.

     The Israelis we're calling Sunday confirmed they can receive our call. See you at 10. My address: 2720 NW Pettygrove Street, Portland, OR. We might go to my mom's place for privacy if my housemate is here. Her place is a couple blocks from here, at 2683 NW Raleigh, 97210.
