Hi Neighbor’s, 

Shots were fired this morning around 4:08am. I met with officers who responded to the scene.  No injuries were found just two shell casings from the two shots fired.

The incident happened at the RCN vacant lot behind out alley, where gate is opened.  I will contact the property owner in the morning to secure its fence. 

If anyone has any footage of the alley, at the time of the incident please forward them to Officer Nicholas Pastore via email at nicholas...@dc.gov.

At approximately 4:08 AM on September 16, 2022, the Metropolitan Police Department responded to the 5700 block of 13^th Street, Northwest, for the report of gunshots. Officer discovered a crime scene with two shell casings. No injuries or property damage reported.
