Hello Gents!
Unfortunately I have just cancelled the order for the replacement door on the refrigerator. It is STILL on backorder and we are out of time since this is closing weekend. Therefore, Nicole is going to replace the entire appliance and charge it against our security deposit, so I just wanted to give you a heads up.
She did not agree to just a replacement door and wanted the entire frig replaced, but we convinced her to give this option a chance… and now we are right back where we started after several hours of trying to resolve the damage. Just keep in mind…when one causes damage to something- SOMEONE has to spend their time trying to correct it. Even if the person fesses up, writing a check is the easy part…following through on the repair IS NOT.
Can’t believe the summer went so quickly. Be well!
