	FIPPOA Fire Island Pines Property Owners Association
	Dear Todd,  Work is expected to begin on the complete replacement of the ferry dock, the freight dock, and the harbor plaza in mid-November.  The contractor will need to use a large portion of the wagon rack for temporary storage of equipment and freight. Work will be finished and the rack restored by April 1. As a result, we need to ask people who have wagons parked at the rack to remove and store them at home by mid-November.  If you MUST have your wagon available during the winter, please park it on the west side of the rack (that is, the right side as you face the rack). That space will be very tight, so if you don't need your wagon this winter, please take it home. We apologize for any inconvenience,  as we make substantial improvements to the harbor area.
