Congratulations again on a fabulous fundraiser. We’re now at $117,510 in commitments! – significantly exceeding your $94,000 goal
I’m attaching two documents – one is the contact list for everyone who made a gift to your pitch – five $5000 gifts and three $1500 gifts!! I’m also attaching the first run of email names from our registration list, although I think more can be found, if we the events team spends some additional time on it (they were reconciling numbers today and working on some other events in other parts of the country too).
I’m kind of pulled in various ways tomorrow in terms of other duties, so I’m copying Adrian and Kevin to help with the broader email to Pines party participants regarding a follow up email and other items you may need. They can also provide you with emails for the folks who were on the original Major Donor list and / or all sponsors (or whatever other selection you want).
