UPDATE: The core sampling went successful with no runway incursions

On 1-26-15 soil samples were take on the 52F runway. The results of 7
core holes drilled @ 6ft each will help us determine the proper soil
stabilization methods required prior to installing the new 3" overlay.
We should have the lab reports back 7-10 days.
