Hi - does anyone know what the weight restrictions are for the roof
decks off the 9th floor? I'd like to grow some herbs and tomatoes, but
was not sure if there were any restrictions on the weight of the
planters, etc. My next question is whether or not anyone knows who
would be able to answer this question - the super? The building
manager?
