Good morning...I saw the note in the elevator this morning...good
idea!

I've gone through the forms on my own and I think we should all join
forces (somehow). Form RA-84.1 request a suplemental signature and
affirmation if others are filing the complaint.

And thank you for posted the letter...saves me the time - sending off
my letter to J&O now!

I accidentally sent my reply to Linda by email! Anyway, I
agree it is a good idea to take action as a group, but there may be
practical obstacles associated with that as she notes. I have already
filed my RA-84 as an individual. Good luck.

My apologies. The second form you will need is the RA-84.2, NOT the
RA-84.1. You need the RA-84.1 only if you are filing as a group.
